What we collect

We store account details you provide and the trips, invitations, plans, messages, expenses, preferences and files you choose to create.

How it is used and shared

We use data to operate, secure and improve the app. Trip information is made available to people permitted to access that trip. We do not claim to sell personal information.

Base44 provides hosting, authentication, database and file storage. Optional AI features may process information you deliberately submit to them.

Files and retention

New photos and travel documents use private storage and temporary access links. Older uploads remain in their existing storage unless separately migrated. Data is kept while your account is active, as needed for shared trips, security or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can edit optional details and request access, correction or deletion from More → Account & privacy in the app. Shared trip records may be anonymised or retained where other members reasonably require the trip history.
