Privacy summary

With Friends stores the account details you provide, trips, invitations, plans, messages, expenses and files needed to provide the service.

Trip information is shared only with people permitted to access that trip. New photos and travel documents use private file storage and temporary access links. Older uploads are not silently moved or deleted.

Base44 provides the app hosting, authentication, database and file storage. Optional AI features may process the information you deliberately submit to them. Do not enter information you do not want processed.

We use data to operate, secure and improve the app. We do not claim to sell personal information. Data is kept while your account is active, as needed to provide shared trips, or as required for security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, leave optional fields blank, archive trips from your view and avoid optional AI features. Ask for access, correction or deletion through More → Help & feedback.

Deleting your account can affect shared trip history. Shared records may be anonymised or retained where other members reasonably need the trip record; private personal data will be removed unless retention is legally required.

Terms of use

Use the app lawfully and only upload content you have permission to share. Trip, safety, weather, travel, financial and AI information is planning assistance—not professional advice. Confirm important details with the relevant provider.

Do not rely on the app as the only copy of essential bookings, emergency information or travel documents. Features may change during testing. Report faults through Help & feedback.

Delete my account

This starts a genuine deletion request. It does not instantly erase shared trips or other members’ records.
